1) Preheat oven at 450 degrees.
2) Slice potatoes.
3) In a bowl, combine potatoes with oil and salt and other desirable ingredients.
4) Place the potato wedges into a pan.
5) Bake until golden for 25-30 minutes. Then turn over for 5-7 minutes more.
