Simple And Euphorically-Delicious Vegan Pizza
~ 1 C. Organic Flour
~7-9 T. Organic Oil (this particular brunch, I used organic canola oil;
the oil replaces the cheese and provides a delicate texture to the crust)
~1/2 C. Water (use just enough water to moisten the flour mixture)
~2 tsp. Salt
½ tsp. Baking Soda
1 Organic Carrot, Sliced
Mix Flour, Oil, Baking Soda, Salt, and Water until dough is slightly sticky.
Add carrots, oil, and salt on top.
Bake in a well-greased pan at 350 degrees until golden (18 minutes or so).
Remove from oven, drizzle oil and add salt to taste.
If done right, the carrots will be sweet, the crust will be crusty and slightly salty…and your lovely home will miraculously smell both like a 5-star restaurant and “home”…(and if not, you can always enjoy “practicing” this recipe…)
